Or should I say, tips on actually waking up! This is a current struggle for me, but if I can manage to wake up an hour early I could add 7 hours or productive time a week, which I would use for additional reading, medication, and exercise, which overtime would really impact me in a positive way. When I have something exciting to wake up for I make it happen (like an early golf T-Time for instance) :) So part of what I need to address is reminding myself of WHY I'm waking up early.
Also planning to ticket a few other things, like pulling up the blackout shades so that I get some natural light in the room. I always wake up early when camping because it's so bright and I wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day, if I can get that feeling at home that would be fantastic.
